Free Narcan & Fentanyl Test Strip Locations in Oconto County

Oconto County Public Health has naloxone (more commonly known under the brand Narcan®) to distribute to people at risk for an opioid related overdose and people who may witness an opioid related overdose.

People who should carry Narcan® and keep it at home:

  • People and relatives or friends of people experiencing opioid use disorder
  • People who are taking high- dose opioid medications prescribed by a doctor
  • People who use opioids and benzodiazepines together.
  • People who use illegal drugs like heroin and fentanyl or other illegal drugs that could be laced with fentanyl.
