Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) provides comprehensive mental health and case management services to adults diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. Supports are provided to address the management and reduction of symptoms in addition to the individual's full range of unique personal, social, and economic needs to promote their recovery.
